I have to make this post quick this morning because I am off for a two hour morning hike which I’m so excited about. Oatmeal did a great job at keeping me full yesterday morning so I figured it would be the perfect breakfast to warm me up and give me the energy to hike. Sorry that it's boring and the exact same breakfast I had yesterday! Sometimes I get on a kick with food and eat it until I get sick of it. I have a busy day today once I get home from the hike I have to shower, eat lunch and change because I have another study meeting today.
My oats this morning have:
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 banana
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter (I wish I knew about this sooner! Yum)
1 tablespoon pumpkin butter
1 tablespoon shredded coconut
And a big steaming mug of coffee of course ; ).
