Yesterday when I was at Trader Joe's I decided I needed some new fun toppings to add to my oatmeal. I got this pumpkin butter and I also got sunflower seed butter. I never tried either before and I love them both!
The sunflower seed butter and pumpkin butter look like ketchup and mustard in that picture! My oatmeal this morning had :
1/2 cup oats
1 banana
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seed butter
1 tablespoon pumpkin butter
This was the best breakfast that I have had in a long time! I hope it keeps me full until lunch time because I'm meeting a friend for a study group at 10 so I might have to have a late lunch. I'll make sure to pack some snacks. My plan today is to workout before dinner. I'm going to go to a super sculpt class and then do some cardio in the gym. I will be back to post after dinner.
